Email service improves communication between road haulage operators and customers | Post&Parcel

Specifically developed for the road haulage sector, the email status service is the latest added value feature from Mandata designed to provide TMS users with greater flexibility and enhanced control, enabling operators to set-up and start sending notifications quickly and automatically to key contacts.

Emails can be specifically tailored and triggered to keep operators’ customers fully informed of progress around collections and deliveries, improving levels of service and quality control.
